Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ORVANTE pieces. If something doesn't work, we're here to help.
You may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Leather jackets must show no signs of wear.
How to Return
Message us on WhatsApp or email us at [email protected] with your order number.
We'll send you a return label or arrange a pickup at your convenience.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
